Method of payment

2. Payment for the price of the products and the respective shipping costs may be made by debit and credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS) and PAYPAL. ZON&ZEE undertakes to use the most efficient and secure methods of current technology for the transmission of data and payments for each transaction.

3. The payment gateway is PAYPAL in order to offer a 100% secure payment. 4. The purchase price of the products and the shipping costs will be charged to the user's current account at the time of order confirmation.

5. Within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of payment confirmation, ZON&ZEE will send the user, by email, a confirmation of the purchase, including the order number. This confirmation is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery of Products

1. ZON&ZEE undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user in the order form, within normal business hours.

2. ZON&ZEE will not be liable for errors in delivery when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.

3. The maximum period established for deliveries is thirty (30) days, established by default in the Law. However, the usual delivery period is 2-7 business days from the date of the order.

These delivery times are average and therefore estimates. They may therefore vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of delivery delays, ZON&ZEE will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.

4. If the user is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

5. If delivery has not been arranged after 7 working days from delivery of the order, the user must contact ZON&ZEE. If the user does not do so, after 10 working days from delivery of the order, it will be returned to ZON&ZEE warehouses and the user must pay the shipping and return costs of the goods to origin, as well as the associated management costs.

6. If delivery has not been possible due to the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In such cases, ZON&ZEE will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and refund the amount paid (cost of the products and shipping costs), or resend a new order, at no additional cost.

7. At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package with the transport company that, on behalf of ZON&ZEE, delivers the product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If later, after inspecting the product, the user detects any incident such as a knock, breakage or any other defect caused by shipping, he/she must notify this by email to info@zonenzeecollection.com as soon as possible (maximum 5 working days), in order to process the return.

Guarantee

1. Users benefit from the guarantee offered by ZON&ZEE, in accordance with Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

2. This warranty does not include defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the items or wear and tear caused by normal use of the same, as well as damage or incorrect use of the washing instructions that accompany each item.
