SHIPPING
DEADLINES
Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.
Please note that shipping times may increase during periods of high demand. Delivery times are 2-5 working days from the time the shipping confirmation email is sent.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated on the payment screen and must be approved by the customer before confirming the purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@zonenzeecollection.com
All shipments include tracking so you can track your order at all times.
TAXES AND TARIFFS
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to estimate the exact amount of duties and taxes that will apply to your order as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is being shipped.
CURRENCY
Zon&Zee is not responsible for currency exchanges or exchange rates that any bank may have when converting EUR to any other currency.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be covered by Zon&Zee.
IMPORTANT
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 and once payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside of these hours or on a Sunday or public holiday, we will organise the order on the next working day.
RETURNS
You can return items purchased from the Zon&Zee online store within 15 days of receiving your order. The full amount of the returned items will be refunded, but any other costs arising from the return, such as shipping, are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition, as products with signs of use will not be accepted.
Zon&Zee reserves the right to reject any return of items that do not meet the requirements detailed below:
Exchanges can only be made within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.
Items to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition, together with any related accessories, and must not have been used or damaged.
Items to be exchanged must retain their original tags and complete original packaging (including the cotton bag).
It is necessary to present the invoice or the purchase confirmation email.
In the case of a price update, the exchange will always be made taking into account the original purchase price. If the product is exchanged for another colour or model, the current price at the time of the exchange will be taken into account, and the difference will have to be paid in the event of a price increase.
Exchange of products that do not meet the previously established conditions will not be accepted.
If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
HOW TO USE OUR RETURNS SERVICE
1. Send an email to info@zonenzeecollection.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
2. Pack the item in its original box and in the cotton bag in which we delivered the bag, including the order number, your name and the exchange request.
3. Use a courier service or go to your post office to send the package to the address we will provide you in the email.
4. Once we receive the package, we will check it within 2-4 working days. If everything is in , we will proceed with the return.
CHANGES
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please return the item for a refund or place a new order. Please note that in this case, customers are also responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply upon delivery.
DISCLAIMER
Our products are handmade, small imperfections or variations in shape, size and color should not be considered defective.
It is not uncommon for colour differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks to appear. Depending on the type of leather, these characteristics may be present to varying degrees, but they are part of the beauty of the leather and will not be accepted as a defect.
